Use it when a standard VOI isn't enough. This will be enabled for eligible customers shortly. - Account-level KYC settings let you define your own verification rules per account, rather than relying on a system-wide default. Tailor checks to suit your industry and risk appetite. - Audit trail for screening and verification - every sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening result, as well as VOI and KYB verification events, now writes to a clear audit log. Useful for AUSTRAC reporting and internal review - you can see exactly what was checked, when, and by whom. - Subtasks and task grouping let you break a transaction's tasks into smaller pieces and group related ones together. Ideal for managing complex matters. - New tasks now have a default owner assigned automatically, so nothing sits unassigned after creation. - The transaction type dropdown now only shows options relevant to your business sector, reducing clutter. - When you publish a new AML Program, the previous version is now correctly marked as superseded and remains accessible in your history for compliance evidence. - SMSF customer handling has been improved, with a smarter document-reading flow when uploading SMSF supporting documents. - Pending user invites can now be deleted if sent in error or no longer needed - previously, you had to wait for them to expire. - Invite emails sent to users completing KYC/KYB verification now explain that upfront, so recipients know what to expect before clicking through. - The billing page has been refreshed with a cleaner layout, making it easier to view your current plan, usage, and recent invoices. **Fixes & improvements** - Improved error messages when a company search fails or returns no results during KYB. - The Create Legal Entity modal is now wider, so longer entity names and details display without truncation. - VOI notification emails now only go to the parties who actually need them. - A bug causing individual identity details to fail loading has been fixed. - Communication records on KYC checks now save correctly. - The onboarding wizard now correctly saves your selected sectors. - When creating a child account, the Compliance Officer role is now automatically assigned to your user. - Empty groups no longer appear in task assignment dropdowns. - Sign-in error messages are now clearer and more actionable. - Menu items and permissions now load correctly on login, preventing missing navigation items. - Linked entities created from within a transaction now inherit that transaction's group. - Manual training entries now save correctly. - Training data syncs automatically every 15 minutes. - Re-enabling a training-only user no longer incorrectly triggers the seat-limit check. - The TTR (Threshold Transaction Report) has been updated to reflect current requirements. - Fixed an issue where an invoice could display incorrectly. - The PDF viewer now scales and renders documents more cleanly. -
