Are Not For Profit / charity pricing options available?
Case by case, pricing matches the customer's actual usage profile to reflect their AML exposure.
Case-by-case via the BDM. easyAML doesn't publish a standard "NFP discount" rate because the structures vary widely - some NFPs are small advocacy groups with minimal transactional activity; others are substantial property-owning charities or social enterprises with serious AML exposure. A blanket discount wouldn't reflect the underlying value picture.
Worked example of a custom arrangement: a built-to-rent-to-buy charity with 22 dwellings realising in years 6–10 was offered AML setup + program implementation only, with minimal usage charges until year 6. The reasoning:
- The charity needs an AML/CTF Program in place from 1 July 2026 even though transactional activity is minimal in early years.
- A full Professional subscription would over-pay for early years when usage is light.
- A setup-only arrangement with minimal recurring fee fits the cash-flow shape of the organisation.
- When transaction volume picks up in years 6–10 as dwellings realise, the arrangement converts to standard pricing.
Typical NFP scenarios that benefit from custom arrangements:
- Charitable trusts with periodic property transactions.
- Social enterprises with hybrid commercial / charitable activity.
- Faith-based property holders with infrequent transactions.
- Co-operative housing schemes.
If your organisation has a genuine NFP / charity status and the standard pricing doesn't suit your transaction profile, contact the BDM with details - the conversation is genuinely open. Pro-bono arrangements are rare but not unheard of for high-mission-alignment cases.
