Are there extra fees for adding offices to a multi-office subscription?
The cost depends on structure; Professional includes 2 entities, Enterprise includes 3, each further additional entity is $49.

What "entity" means here: a separate legal entity (own ABN, own AUSTRAC enrolment) operating under the same Reporting Group. Offices that share a single ABN (multiple branches of one firm) count as additional entities - if they want to in separate “operational” accounts in easyAML. The distinction matters when:
- A Lead Entity has subsidiary companies each with their own ABN - each subsidiary is a separate entity.
- A franchise network has separately registered franchisees - each franchisee is a separate entity.
- A multi-state law firm operates as one partnership with one ABN - one entity, multiple offices.
The Reporting Group structure (introduced under the 2026 reforms to replace DBGs) supports multiple entities through one group with separate branding/messaging per entity and shared Due Diligence.
