# Can bulk import of existing client lists be done at sign-up?

## Partial support today via PMS or CRM integration that pulls contacts and matter data.

**Partial support today; full self-service likely after 1 July 2026.** For migration of large existing client lists, the preferred path is via our integration with your existing PMS/CRM, which pulls contacts and matter data directly from that system without the customer needing to format anything.

What this delivers: the customer records exist in the platform with their identity details prepopulated, ready for VOI links to be sent when each matter starts. It does not retroactively populate completed KYCs from another provider - those CDD records would either need to be re-run in easyAML, or treated as historical evidence and uploaded as supplementary documents on the relevant transactions.

Staged manual onboarding is the fallback where bulk import isn't viable - typically the only practical path for firms with very heterogeneous client data.
