Can KYC/KYB transactions be created in bulk?
Bulk creation is technically possible but is not a self-service feature today; CSV-based bulk import of customer details is being added in stages.
Bulk transaction creation is technically possible but requires custom development - it isn't a self-service feature in the standard platform today. It hasn't been committed for the 1 July 2026 launch because the regulatory case for one-by-one verification with explicit per-customer authorisation is strong, and bulk-create raises practical questions about how customer consent and the VOI link delivery work at scale.
What's available soon: CSV-based bulk import of customer details (name, email, mobile, entity) followed by automated dispatch of VOI links from the platform. Each customer then completes their VOI individually. This isn't true bulk-create but covers the most common volume use case (e.g. a developer onboarding 50 off-the-plan buyers).
Full bulk-transaction support - where existing CDD records are migrated wholesale from another system - is implementable post-launch on a case-by-case basis. Please let our customer success team know if the volume is material.
