# Can easyAML training modules (SCORM) be uploaded to a businesses external Learning Management System?

## Generally no, because easyAML needs to track training centrally for AUSTRAC compliance.

Generally no - easyAML needs to track training centrally for AUSTRAC compliance, and a SCORM export to an external LMS would break the audit chain. The completion record needs to live in easyAML so the platform can evidence it on the firm's behalf in any AUSTRAC audit or external review.

**Exceptions are considered case-by-case** for larger customers who:

- Have a sophisticated enterprise LMS already in place.
- Want to manage training reporting separately from their AML compliance reporting.
- Are willing to accept the operational complexity of dual-tracking training in both systems.

For most firms, the integrated platform model is simpler - training, CDD, reporting and audit logs all live in one place. If your firm has a strong reason for SCORM-style export, raise it with the BDM - the answer might be "yes with caveats" depending on the specifics.

However - you **can import external SCORM** files into the easyAML system to be managed as part of your teams training.
