Can the platform support local-language end-user experience?
Currently English only; multi-language end-user content is on the enhancement list but not available before 1 July 2026.
Currently English-only on the customer-facing VOI flow. Local-language translation is being investigated, with priority languages likely to include Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Arabic and Hindi based on customer-base requests from real estate and conveyancing firms in major metropolitan markets.
In the meantime: passport documents are accepted for upload (extraction is via MRZ on passports and manual review on other documents), and customers can be supported through the VOI flow by a translator or family member sitting alongside them - the platform doesn't require the customer to operate independently. For firms with significant non-English customer bases, the in-person VOI on an office device or tablet is often the easiest path because staff can guide the customer through the steps in their language.
