Go to Account Settings, then click **Transactions** in the sidebar. 2. By default the **Allow transaction outsourcing** box is unchecked so your account does not allow it. To allow AML on Demand Outsourcing check the box. 3. There are primacy Outsource modes, set **Default mode** to **Always** if you want all transaction to automatically be sent easyAML AML on Demand team. If you want your business to decide on a transaction by transaction basis, select **Prompt**. 4. To choose which roles can outsource - you use the **Allow all eligible submitter roles**. By default, this is selected which means all your team will be automatically or be able to choose to Outsource depending on the **Default mode** selected 5. If you uncheck **Allow all eligible submitter roles**, you can choose which roles will be able to outsource, If you've checked Always but then not select a role - that will never be able to outsource. 6.
