# Does easyAML provide cost disclosure templates and a Tranche 2 summary document for end-clients?

## Yes - templates for end-client communication covering cost disclosure and a Tranche 2 summary.

Templates are available for sharing with end clients regarding KYC/KYB charges.

Two main scenarios:

- **Cost disclosure** - where the firm is passing the KYC cost to the end client as a disbursement, the template explains why this charge exists, what it covers, and that it's a regulatory compliance cost rather than a firm-imposed fee. Helps avoid friction at billing.
- **Tranche 2 summary** - a plain-English summary of why end clients are being asked to verify identity now (when they weren't previously), suitable for inclusion in onboarding packs or sent in response to client questions.

These templates exist alongside the Customer AML Brochure and the FAQ documents covered above - the cost disclosure template is more transactional, the brochure is more general-awareness.
