Click the Group link in Account Settings. This will take you to Groups and show you any existing groups 2. To Add or Remove users on an existing Group, click on the members section. 3. To **Add** a user simple click on the Add link next to their name. You can see current members of Group and you search by name or email to find a user. 4. Click **Done** when you have finalised adding users to Group. ### Group Creation 1. To create a new Group - click the '+ Add group' button. 2. Enter a Group name, an optional description for the new group, select a color, and click **Create group**. 3. To Add users to the new Group - click on the 0 members link. 4. Click the Add users and click **Done**. ### Editing Groups 1. Click here 2. Click here 3. Click here ### Global Settings 1. Change how Groups are assigned, whether by default or per transaction option by navigating to the **Configuration** tab. Then choosing the appropriate choice from options. Once selected press Save defaults button.\\ . Click here ### Deleting Groups 1. To delete a Group - select Delete on the Group you want to delete. Then choose whether you wan to re-assign tasks and entity assignment to a different Group.
