Does easyAML produce engagement letter / questionnaire content?

A Customer Questionnaire is included in the verification flow capturing source of funds, purpose, and risk-relevant context.

A Customer Questionnaire is included during the client verification flow - this captures source-of-funds, purpose of the transaction, expected transaction patterns and other risk-relevant context. The questionnaire is configured for each customer type and the customer's answers feed into the risk rating.

A dedicated engagement letter builder is not in the current development pipeline. The reasoning is that engagement letters are heavily sector-specific (legal practitioner's engagement letter looks very different from a real estate agency agreement) and firms typically have established templates that legal counsel has already approved.

easyAML's view is that bolting an engagement letter into the platform would duplicate work most firms have already done. If this changes - if customers consistently ask for an integrated engagement letter - it could move onto the roadmap.
