# Does the firm pay easyAML for time spent supporting a client through their KYC?

## No, customer support time (whether helping firm staff, troubleshooting transactions.

This applies regardless of tier and regardless of how much support a particular firm uses.

The only services that are charged on top of the subscription:

- **KYC and KYB transactions** at the standard per-check rates.
- **AML On Demand outsourcing** (~$50/transaction + KYC/KYB costs) where easyAML's team performs the CDD work on the firm's behalf - this is an opt-in paid service, not standard support.
- **Bespoke development or integration work** outside the standard API and integration catalogue - quoted case-by-case.

The principle is that operational support is a part of the service that is included in the monthly subscription - the platform's value is in helping firms comply efficiently, and metering support hours would create the wrong incentives.
