Does the Starter tier include onboarding session/setup help?
The Starter does not include a dedicated 1:1 onboarding session; customers get in-platform guided setup, the knowledge base, and the standard support channels, suited to small founder-led firms.
No - the Starter tier ($179 + GST, up to 5 staff) does not specifically include a dedicated 1:1 onboarding session. The reasoning is that Starter is designed for small firms where the founder is also the Compliance Officer and the platform handles setup via guided in-product steps.
What Starter customers do get:
- In-platform guided setup - a step-by-step checklist walks you through Risk Assessment, AML Program generation, user invitations, training allocation and the first test transaction.
- Knowledge Base access - step-by-step how-to guides and short instructional videos.
- Webinars - regular sessions, all open to any subscriber regardless of tier.
- BDM-led walkthroughs - pre-sign-up, BDMs run informal walkthroughs and demos; post-sign-up they remain available for ad-hoc questions.

Many small firms find the guided setup sufficient - the Risk Assessment takes ~30 minutes, the Program generates automatically, and training is self-paced.
