# How do I run a CDD from start to finish?

## Create the transaction, add the parties, let the verifications and screening run, review any flags, then sign off.

End-to-end customer due diligence in easyAML follows one flow:

- **Create the transaction** for the matter (Transactions menu, or the dashboard Quick Action).
- **Add the parties** - individuals get a KYC ([how](https://knowledge.easyaml.com/how-do-i-add-a-new-kyc?hsLang=en-au)), companies and trusts get a KYB with KYCs for their UBOs ([how](https://knowledge.easyaml.com/how-do-i-add-a-kyb-for-a-company-or-trust?hsLang=en-au)).
- **Verifications run** - each person completes their check on their own phone; PEP, sanctions and adverse-media screening runs automatically.
- **Review anything flagged** - matches and name variances surface as tasks for review ([Working with Tasks](https://knowledge.easyaml.com/working-with-tasks-in-easyaml?hsLang=en-au)).
- **Sign off** the transaction to complete the compliance record.
