How do I send KYC links to the UBOs or directors in a KYB?
Complete the KYB and easyAML identifies the UBOs - each identified individual is then verified with their own KYC.
You don't send the links one by one - the KYB drives it:
- Add the entity and complete the KYB (how). easyAML identifies the individuals who ultimately own or control it - directors and shareholders above the 25% UBO threshold, trustees, appointors and so on.
- Each identified individual gets their own KYC - create or link their individual record and easyAML sends them their verification link by SMS or email, exactly as for any other KYC.
- Track who has and hasn't completed from the transaction record.
If the entity's officeholders change later, it's not a new transaction - rerun the KYB on the existing record and the platform determines whether further KYC obligations arise: How are director/shareholder changes handled?
