- Open this area of the platform directly: Notification settings or click on the initial icon top right eg EA then Settings > Notifications
- Use the Preferences tab to configure what notifications you receive
- Use the Toggle switch to toggle a notification type on or off. Use the dropdown to configure where this notification is sent
Channel Configuration
- Click Channels
- If the channel is disabled, Click Enable in account settings to configure global notification channels. If you do not have permission to update account settings you will need to ask your compliance officer.
- Return to the previous page and confirm your preferred channels are enabled.
