Open this area of the platform directly: [Notification settings](https://app.easyaml.com/user/settings?tab=notifications)or click on the initial icon top right eg EA then Settings \> Notifications 2. Use the Preferences tab to configure what notifications you receive 3. Use the Toggle switch to toggle a notification type on or off. Use the dropdown to configure where this notification is sent ### Channel Configuration 1. Click **Channels** 2. If the channel is disabled, Click **Enable in account settings** to configure global notification channels. If you do not have permission to update account settings you will need to ask your compliance officer. 3.
