Open the legal entity's record from [Entities \> Legal Entities](https://app.easyaml.com/legal-entities). 2. Go to the entity's **UBOs** tab and find the person showing as unverified. 3. Select **Re-link** next to their name. 4. Search for and select their existing individual record, then confirm. Once re-linked, the UBO row reflects the existing individual's verification status - no new verification link is sent and no additional KYC charge applies. ### The other UBO buttons - **Verify** - starts a KYC and sends the person a verification link. - **Exclude / Resume** - removes (or re-adds) the verification requirement for that UBO, recording your reason. - **Edit** - corrects the UBO's details before verification is sent. - **Remove** - deletes a manually added UBO row.
