I have been asked to reapprove my AML Program - what do I do?

Your Risk Assessment changed, so the program it generates needs the Compliance Officer's approval again.

Your AML/CTF Program is generated from your ML/TF Risk Assessment. When the assessment changes - you completed a new assessment, or updated your answers - the regenerated program needs the Compliance Officer to review and approve it again so the approved document matches your current risk profile.

  • Open Compliance in the left sidebar and select AML Program.
  • Review the updated program - the changes flow from your latest Risk Assessment answers.
  • Approve the program to complete the reapproval.
