Use an In Person VOI when the client is with you in person with their original documents - the verification link is sent to your own phone and you scan their documents there and then. 1. Go to **Entities \> Add Individuals** ([open directly](https://app.easyaml.com/individuals/new)). 2. Choose **In-person VOI** at the top of the Add New Individual screen. 3. Enter First, Middle and Last name exactly as shown on their ID (First and Last required). 4. Under Identity, leave **Verify Identity** ticked. The Onboarding questionnaire is attached by default; add Source of Funds/Wealth only for High Risk clients or where you have a genuine suspicion. 5. Select **Send Link to Myself** - a QR Code appears on screen; scan the code with your phone camera to begin, then use your phone to scan the client's documents. ### Do I need liveness/selfie photos?
