What's confirmed: refresher training is required annually under the AML/CTF Program framework, and the platform will track and prompt for refresher completion at the appropriate cadence. What's still being firmed up: exact duration, whether it's one consolidated module or sector-specific modules, and whether the assessment is comprehensive or sample-based.
The training team will publish the refresher specification before the first annual cycle is due (mid-2027 for the earliest customers). In the meantime, training records from the initial completion satisfy the immediate launch requirement.
