Reporting inside easyAML

Navigate the full reporting suite: SMRs, TTRs, UARs and board reports.

A walkthrough of Reporting in easyAML - creating and submitting Suspicious Matter Reports (SMRs), Threshold Transaction Reports (TTRs), Unusual Activity Reports (UARs) and board reports. All roles can create UARs; only the Compliance Officer and 2IC COs can create and submit SMRs or TTRs, which are submitted to AUSTRAC.

Step-by-step guide

The Reporting area

  1. Open Reporting in the left sidebar to see your reports list, outstanding reporting prompts, and report history.
  2. Click Create Report to start a new report, then choose the type: UAR, SMR or TTR. SMRs and TTRs are submitted to AUSTRAC and are visible to COs, 2IC COs and Senior Managers.
  3. easyAML pre-populates the report from the linked transaction and your account details - complete the remaining fields accurately and click Next through each section.
  4. Review, save, and (for SMR/TTR) submit to AUSTRAC from Reporting > Submit.

When to report
