You can resend a verification link from the individual's record - no new request is needed, even if the original has expired. 1. Open the individual's record and go to the **Identity** tab. 2. Select the **Resend** button on the right-hand side. **Resend delivers by SMS only.** ### How do I resend by email? Use the **Update** button instead - it lets you resend to the client's email address (and change details at the same time if needed). ### The link has expired or shows as Abandoned Still resendable - an expired link shows as Abandoned and the same **Resend** button works. No new request needed. ### I need to change the details first (wrong number, wrong email, reference name) Use **Update VOI** to change and resend the details - including the reference name, mobile number and email address. ### How do I send a reminder instead? The platform reminds clients automatically - 3 reminders, sent 2 days apart. To prompt them sooner, use Resend. ### How long do links stay valid? 28 days.
