What do the UBO action buttons do?

Five actions on every UBO row - and the one rule for ASIC-derived UBOs.

Each UBO row on a legal entity (Legal Entities) has five actions:

  • Re-link - connects the UBO to an existing individual so a verified person isn't verified (or charged) twice. Steps: Re-link a UBO.
  • Verify - starts a KYC and sends the person a verification link.
  • Exclude / Resume - removes (or re-adds) the verification requirement, recording your reason.
  • Edit - corrects the UBO's details before verification is sent.
  • Remove - deletes a manually added UBO row. ASIC-derived UBOs - Exclude only.

A verified individual still shows unverified on the company → use Re-link to point the UBO row at their existing verified record.
