How to add or update your default payment method via credit card or direct debit, so recurring charges use the correct payment method and you avoid failed payments or service interruptions.

Step-by-step guide
- Go to Account Settings, then click Billing & Subscription in the sidebar.
- Select Payment methods tab.
- Click '+ Add new' button.
- To use credit card, select the Card button and enter valid Visa, Mastercard or AMEX credit card details. To use direct debit from your bank account select AU Direct Debit and enter valid Australian bank account details. Once filled in click Save payment button.
- You can provide multiple payment methods if you want to have backup to ensure you avoid failed payments or service interruptions. Click Set default button to make one option your primary choice. You can also click 'Remove" for any payment methods you no longer want to be used.
