What do the statuses in easyAML mean?
Pending, Needs Review, Force Match Required, Sign Off Required, Blocked - what each status is telling you.
The statuses you'll see most often, and what to do about each:
- Pending - waiting on someone else to act, most commonly the client completing their verification or a staff member completing their PDD. Nothing is stuck; chase the person if it has been a while.
- Needs Review - a check surfaced something (typically a slight name variance) that deliberately requires human judgement rather than auto-passing. See why the platform shows this even when every check passed.
- Force Match Required - the platform needs the Compliance Officer to confirm two records refer to the same person.
- Sign Off Required - checks are done; the CO's sign-off completes the compliance record.
- Waiting/Depending on another task(tasks) - the task has incomplete subtasks; the parent can't complete until every subtask is done. See Why is my task blocked?
- Open / Completed / Bypassed (task filters) - your active tasks, finished tasks, and tasks that were skipped or exempted during the workflow.
