# What does CDD cost for a 2-director company cost?

## $65 + GST at the simplest structure: one KYB plus two KYCs.

**For Professional/Enterprise tiers:$65 + GST** at the simplest structure: 1 × KYB ($35 + GST)on the company plus 2 × KYC ($15 + GST each) on the directors (where there are no other beneficial owners) .

**For Starter tiers:$80 + GST** at the simplest structure: 1 × KYB ($40 + GST)on the company plus 2 × KYC ($20 + GST each) on the directors (where there are no other beneficial owners) .

The result is a fully verified entity with ASIC unwrap, UBO identification, PEP/Sanctions/Adverse-media screening on the natural persons, and 7-year evidence retention.

**Where the cost increases:**

- **Layered ownership.** Each holding company in the chain is a separate KYB ($35 each). A company owned by three holding companies generates four KYBs (operating entity + three holdings).
- **Corporate trustee structures.** If the company is itself a trustee for a trust, that's an additional KYB on the trust layer plus KYCs on the appointor and named beneficiaries.
- **Offshore registers.** Tier 2 / Tier 3 country KYBs (where a non-Australian corporate register has to be queried) carry a higher per-check fee - see Section 8 for the offshore pricing tiers.

The pricing is **flat per-check** regardless of customer risk - easyAML doesn't charge a surcharge for medium-risk or high-risk verifications, unlike some competitor models. See Section 8 (Pricing) for the full pricing structure.
