# What does the monthly subscription include?

## Risk Assessment, AML Program, initial and ongoing training, ongoing monitoring, customer questionnaires.

Your monthly subscription is the platform fee - KYC and KYB checks are billed separately per use. The subscription covers everything you need to **be compliant**; the per-check fees cover the **work of verifying** each customer.

**What's included in every tier:**

- **Industry-specific Risk Assessment** - guided questionnaire that determines your ML/TF risk profile.
- **Tailored AML/CTF Program** - auto-generated from your Risk Assessment, downloadable as a PDF.
- **Initial and ongoing staff training** - all required modules for every role, with completion certificates.
- **All required AUSTRAC reports** - SMR, TTR, Board Reports and the Annual Compliance Report, prepared in-platform and ready to be lodged directly.
- **Ongoing transaction and risk monitoring** - automatic re-screening for PEP, sanctions and adverse media; ASIC change monitoring for Australian companies.
- **Secure 7-year storage** of all CDD evidence on AWS Sydney, meeting AUSTRAC's record-keeping requirement.
- **Read-only auditor access** for your mandatory 3-year independent evaluation, included at no extra cost.
