# Where do firms enter their AUSTRAC Account Number(AAN)?

## In the easyAML Account Settings, under Business & Regulatory Information, AUSTRAC Enrolment.

The AUSTRAC Account Number (AAN) is entered in easyAML under **Account Settings → Business & Regulatory Information → AUSTRAC Enrolment**. Steps:

1. Sign in as the Compliance Officer or Senior Management.
2. Go to [**Account Settings**](https://app.easyaml.com/settings/account) (gear icon, top right).
3. Open **Business & Regulatory Information**.
4. In the **AUSTRAC Enrolment** section, set the "Enrolled with AUSTRAC" toggle to **Yes**.
5. Enter the **AAN** (the unique identifier AUSTRAC issued at enrolment).
6. **Save**.

You can update the field any time - for example, if your firm enrols during the rollout phase and the AAN arrives later. The Annual Compliance Report and SMR/TTR templates automatically pull the AAN once it's set, so all reports go out with the correct identifier.

If you don't yet have an AAN, enrol with AUSTRAC first via [AUSTRAC Online](https://auth.austrac.gov.au/auth). The enrolment window opened **31 March 2026**; for newly regulated Tranche 2 entities the deadline to notify AUSTRAC of your Compliance Officer is **29 July 2026**.
