Where do police checks fit into Personnel Due Diligence?
Police certificates are currently sourced separately and kept with the PDD record - automated checks are coming.
Personnel Due Diligence in easyAML captures the staff member's identity, screening and role information. The police certificate is currently sourced separately (e.g. an Australian Federal Police or state-accredited national police check) and kept with the staff member's PDD record as supporting evidence.
Coming soon: automated police check integration is in development. Once live, you'll be able to trigger the check directly from the PDD workflow rather than sourcing it separately - the PDD already captures the data it needs.
