# Where is my verification link?

## Your verification link arrives by SMS or email once the business you are dealing with sends it.

When the business you are dealing with is ready for you to verify your identity, they will send you a link. Depending on the business, sending the link may be a manual step on their side, or it may be sent automatically by their systems.

Once sent, the link arrives by **SMS or email**. To complete your verification, simply tap the link on your phone and follow the prompts. There is no app to download - the whole process happens in your phone's web browser.

**All legitimate verification links start with https://sctk.au/** - this is the secure short domain of Scantek, easyAML's identity verification partner. Do not submit your documents to links starting with anything else. If you have not received a verification link, check your SMS and email (including spam/junk), then contact the business that needs to verify your identity and ask them to send it again.
