Will the platform prevent staff training from progressing if their Personnel Due Diligence (PDD) is incomplete?
Training or completing PDD can be done in either order; decide which way you want to onboard for your business.
PDD and training operate as parallel workflows. Both should be completed before Go Live, but completion isn't gated by sequence - a user can complete training without their PDD being done, and vice versa.
The CO can manually sequence the team's PDD and training - typical pattern is to unlock training for staff then issue the PDD questionnaire and verification. Customer Success can advise on the best sequencing for a particular firm's headcount and timeline.
