Application installation

  1. Navigate to Apps > Marketplace to see all the tools you can connect to easyAML.
  2. Browse through and pick the platform you'd like to link up with your easyAML account.
  3. Some apps are easyAML Hosted - these ones allow you to connect from inside easyAML.
  4. Click Install to kick off the connection.
  5. After the app installs, click Authorise to give easyAML permission to talk to your chosen platform.
  6. A new window will open asking you to log in to your management software - this is just to confirm it's really you connecting the two accounts.
  7. Once you're back, you'll see the app listed as installed and ready to use.
  8. easyAML Hosted apps enable new menu items to Import Individuals, Import Legal Entities or Import Transactions. Some also create an open in easyAML button inside the connected app.
  9. 3rd Party Hosted apps only require approval inside easyAML, and then you connect to the app from your other system. External systems cannot connect to easyAML unless a member with appropriate permissions has approved the App and the permissions it requires.
  10. Click Install.
  11. Then review and, if acceptable, approve the App installation.

Custom integration requests

  1. Can't see the tool you use? Head over to the Requests tab.
  2. Click Request Custom App to open the request form.
  3. Fill in a few details about the platform you'd like us to support, then hit Submit - we review every request and will be in touch.
