From anywhere in the platform, open the Tasks menu on the left to get started. ### Task Navigation 1. Here you'll see all your current compliance tasks. You can filter between Open, Completed and Bypassed depending on what you're working through. Click View Details on any task to take a closer look. ### Match Review 1. Have a quick read of the task summary in the details panel, then click Go to Task to dig in. 2. Click the expand icon to open up the potential match and see how closely it lines up with your record. 3. Open the Relatives & Associates section to check for any connected people or entities that might be relevant to your decision. ### Acceptance and Confirmation 1. Once you've reviewed everything and you're confident in the match, click Confirm to start the acceptance process. 2. Add a short reason for your decision in the text field - this is kept on file for your audit trail - then click Accept to finalise the review.
