Are easyAML prices inclusive of GST?
No, all prices are exclusive of GST; 10% is added on the invoice.
All easyAML prices are quoted exclusive of GST. The pricing page and the agreement both state this. GST is added at the standard 10% on the Australian invoice.
The $220 monthly transaction credit on Professional (and $440 on Enterprise) is also applied exclusive of GST - so the credit covers $220 worth of KYC/KYB activity at the listed per-check prices, with GST added on top of the net usage. Practically this means the credit is worth slightly more than $220 inclusive of GST.
For most Tranche 2 reporting entities the subscription is GST-deductible against business activity (see "Is the easyAML subscription tax deductible?" below). Customers should confirm GST treatment with their tax adviser if their structure is unusual.
