Can answers in a completed Risk Assessment be viewed/edited?

Answers can be viewed via Compliance section; once the Compliance Officer has approved the AML Program, the answers are frozen to preserve audit integrity.

Yes, answers can be viewed - navigate to Compliance → ML/TF Risk Assessment, click the existing Risk Assessment, then go to the Answers tab. The complete set of inputs that drove the auto-generated AML Program is visible there.

Editing an approved program is restricted: once the CO has approved the AML Program based on the RA, the answers are frozen for that version to preserve the audit integrity. Changing answers after approval would create a disconnect between the recorded inputs and the live Program.

To make amendments: start a new Risk Assessment - the answers from the previous assessment will be pre-filled, so the user can review them and make changes without starting from scratch. Submitting the new RA generates a new AML Program version, with the previous version preserved in history.

This pattern matters during the early life of a customer's account - it's common to complete an initial RA, run a few transactions, realise some inputs were too conservative (or too aggressive), and want to re-tune. The pre-fill on the new RA makes this efficient; the version history preserves the regulatory trail.
