Billing Navigation

  1. Go to Account Settings, then click Billing & Subscription in the sidebar.
  2. Select the Your plan tab. This will show the current plan you are on - if you are on a free trial it will show as Free 0AUD.

Initial Plan Setup

  1. Click the Manage plan button to select or modify your plan.
  2. This will then show you the Plans available and you can choose to your subscription to be billed Monthly or Annual Paid Up Front (with savings discounts). Click Sign up free button for the plan that best suits your needs.
  3. Review the key terms and review Client Agreement (if you want the read the full agreement in detail). The select the check box to Accept the Client Agreement and the click the I agree & activate button.
  4. You will then see a pop up to enter a payment method. Select Card button for Visa, Mastercard Credit or debit cards or AMEX. Select AU Direct Debit if you want a Australian bank account to be direct debited. Once filled in select Save payment method button.
  5. Once the payment method is added. You simply need to press Activate plan button to finish signing up to your easyAML plan.

Payment Method Setup

  1. Select Card and enter your payment details
  2. Click Save payment method

Subscription Upgrade

  1. To change an existing plan, click the Manage plan button.
  2. Select Sign up free button for the new plan you want to change to.
  3. Follow the same steps to: Click the checkbox to Accept the Client Agreement, select the I agree & accept button, and then click the Activate plan button.
