Do training modules provide certificates and social media badges?
Yes, completion certificates and shareable badges are issued automatically when a user completes a module or full role-based pathway.
Completion certificates and shareable badges are issued automatically when a user completes a module or the full role-based pathway. The certificate carries the user's name, the module(s) completed, the completion date and a verification reference; the badge is a graphic suitable for LinkedIn or other social channels.
Beyond individual certificates, the platform also generates:
- Aggregate completion reports - for the CO to evidence training completion across the firm. Used in AUSTRAC audits and external compliance reviews.
- Per-user transcripts - showing all modules a user has completed, with timestamps and assessment scores.
- Group certificates for firm-wide training milestones - useful for marketing or for sharing within professional networks.
The certificates are recognised within the platform; whether they're accepted as CPD by external bodies depends on the body - see "Does training time count toward CPD for QLD OFT?" for an example.
