Does I need to enter phone numbers in format - 04xx or +61?
Both formats are supported; the platform normalises Australian mobile numbers.
Both formats are supported. The platform normalises Australian mobile numbers regardless of which format the user enters - "0412 345 678", "+61412345678", "+61 412 345 678" all resolve to the same number internally.
For international mobiles (international staff, offshore VAs, foreign customers), use the international format with the country code - "+44..." for UK, "+1..." for US, "+63..." for Philippines, etc. The platform handles SMS routing through international carriers; reliability depends on the destination country (covered in Section 9).
If a number repeatedly fails validation, the most common cause is an unusual character (e.g. the letter 'O" instead of zero '0', a space character that looks normal but is actually a non-breaking space). Re-typing the number from scratch usually resolves these.
