easyAML Updates

easyAML - Version 1.0.65 Release Notes

New features

  • Re-link calculated UBOs at any level. When an individual appears as an owner through a chain of companies, you can now correct the link at any level of the chain, not just for direct owners.
  • Dismiss potential trusts. If an entity was flagged as possibly held on trust but it isn't, you can now dismiss that flag and the ownership graph updates automatically.
  • New KYB Relationships section. Legal entities now have a Relationships section that brings an entity's relationships together in one place, with clearer summaries.
  • Default KYC question selection. You can now choose which question sets are selected by default when you send a new KYC, saving time on every request.
  • Individual risk rating now visible to all users. The individual risk calculation is no longer limited to certain roles, all users can now see it.
  • Photos in search results. Individual search now shows a person's headshot in more places, and verified individuals sort to the top of the results.
  • Improved reliance agreement flow. Reliance now shares eligible verifications from past versions as well as current ones, along with the individual's calculated risk. Your sharing preferences are respected, and you'll be notified if a sharing request is rejected.

Improvements

  • Smarter auto-reject of screening matches. Improved name-matching now automatically clears more obvious non-matches, so you spend less time reviewing false hits.
  • Better source-of-wealth/funds and questionnaire sending. These now work correctly for indirect and imported individuals.
  • Country risk scoring updates. Marshall Islands is now treated as a high-risk offshore jurisdiction for KYB, and Australia now counts as low risk.
  • Message limits now match the channel. SMS invites have a shorter limit than email invites. You'll get a warning if your message is too long, or if special characters will shorten an SMS further.
  • PDD - stricter sign-off. Sign-off now requires the identity check to be genuinely concluded. If a later event moves a previously matched identity back to "needs review", it must be re-confirmed before sign-off.
  • PDD - criminal history questions only when relevant. The additional criminal-history questions now appear only when the request includes a police (ACIC) check.
  • KYB - manual Fetch Extract button. You can now manually fetch a company extract if the automatic fetch fails.
  • Smoother company search. Company search now waits for a minimum number of characters, for a cleaner, less flickery experience.
  • Account-level GST control. GST can be turned on or off at the account level, and your estimates and invoices follow that setting.
  • Clearer payment-failure banner. The failed-payment banner now follows clearer rules about who sees it and when, based on role and payment status.

Fixes

  • Fixed staff status and result display on the PDD page.
  • Removed "AUSTRAC Submission" wording from UARs.
  • Mandatory questionnaires are now always sent, including for requests created through the API or for imported individuals.
  • Invoice links now always work. They're fetched fresh each time you open them, so they no longer expire.
  • The audit log now covers post-sign-off activity, so the latest version of a transaction, individual or legal entity shows changes made after sign-off.
  • Incomplete Online Fraud Indicators no longer block verification.
  • Better contact-detail checks. Email addresses and mobile numbers are now validated before a request is sent, including when updating a mobile number.
  • Clearer button wording. "Update & resend invite" is now "Update request details" when editing a verification request.
  • Plan-change payments are now recorded only when the payment actually succeeds.
  • The CPD page is more robust. It no longer breaks when some data is missing, and there's a refresh option to pull the latest CPD data.
