easyAML Updates

easyAML - Version 1.1.6 Release Notes

Highlights

  • Automatic Birth and Marriage Certificate Reading – Upload your Birth and Marriage certificates and have the relevant data extracted automatically instead of filling manually.
  • More Next Task Fixes – Fixed messages and next tasks in various scenarios.
  • Legal Entities export – The list exports a real CSV, like the Individuals list.
  • Resend on active VOIs – An active verification, including a child request, can be resent.

Improvements

  • Transactions
    • The offer to move to the latest versions shows above the tabs after amending a transaction.
    • The preview drawer shows the real number of entities, individuals and businesses.
    • Create Report can find any transaction, not only the 25 most recently updated.
  • KYCs
    • Verified people stay Matched when information is requested, and the “Information requested” tag shows when SoW/SoF is requested remotely.
    • Source of Wealth and Funds answers are put up for review at every risk band, not only EDD.
    • The Next step card no longer says “Due diligence complete” while the identity is unresolved.
    • Client Authorisation Form – Shows for legal accounts as well as conveyancing, and Create VOI waits until the form has uploaded.
    • Abandoned KYCs show as Abandoned on the legal entity, not Failed.
  • KYB
    • Remove a manually added party – New button on the legal entity record.
    • Blocked shareholder unwraps can be completed by hand – For a shareholder we can’t retrieve (unsupported registry, no registration number), with no charge, and its structure task closes.
    • Corporate trustees below a client record are looked up when the structure isn’t in a transaction.
    • Archiving a person excludes them from the companies they still hold roles on, and the ownership chart drops them.
    • Small ownership graphs fit on one PDF page.

Integrations

  • Apps – Only an app’s publisher can link an OAuth client or API key to it, and every credential and webhook needs an app.
  • Google Maps – Every lookup goes through one service with a shared cache.

Fixes

  • Billing amounts in AUD – Usage and billing show dollar amounts such as “$3.00” instead of credits.
  • KYC
    • Names – A new VOI after editing a name, or after revoking a previous request, uses the latest first and middle names.
    • Screening remediation – Missed screening matches reopen as monitoring findings with one review task per party, and Dow Jones monitoring is restored.
  • KYB
    • UBO totals and the beneficial owner report pages are fixed.
  • Billing
    • Removing a saved card in Stripe no longer silently stops invoicing.
    • Stuck usage charges keep retrying until they settle, instead of staying off every invoice.
    • Plan changes resume after a pricing change, and a parked plan change finishes once its invoice is paid.
    • Invoices whose Stripe payment was cancelled are repaired instead of staying unpayable.
    • Enterprise split – A parent invoice holding only a volume discount no longer fails the renewal.
  • Records – The not-available page says we can’t find the record, instead of saying it exists and is hidden.
  • Reliance – The adopted-decisions banner is readable in dark mode.
  • API docs – No longer list notes and auditLog on individuals and legal entities, which no read returns.
