Step-by-step guide
- Welcome to easy AML.\ In this guide we'll walk you through how to manage and complete your AML training modules - covering the training dashboard, assigning staff, and completing your own required courses- To get started, head to the left navigation and select **Training** to expand the training section.
- From there, go ahead and open the **Training Dashboard** - this is your home base for everything training related across your organisation (open directly).
- The Training Dashboard gives you a live snapshot of all your training modules and where your team is at with each one.
- If you need a record of where everyone's up to, hit **Export Report** to download a full completion summary - handy for audits or internal reviews.
- To take a closer look at any module, find it under **Training Modules** and select **View Details** - this shows you the full content outline and what's covered.
- Should you need to assign a staff member to a module, you can do so directly from this page by selecting **Add Staff.**
- To check an individual staff member's progress, click **Staff Training Status.** Each employee displays a **Completion** status - if it's outstanding, they may need a reminder to finish their training.
- Now for your own training - select **Your Training** from the left navigation and you'll be taken straight to your personal training view.
- This screen shows you exactly where you're at - your overall progress, how many modules you've completed, how many are still to go, and any certificates you've earned so far.
- If you scroll down a little and you'll find your full list of required modules. These are specific to your role, so what you see here may be different to your colleagues.
- When you're ready to get into a module, hit **Start Course** to launch it
- You'll land on an overview page that gives you a quick summary of what the module covers. Have a read through, and when you're ready to go, select **Start Training** to begin.
