Step-by-step guide

  1. Welcome to easy AML. In this guide we'll walk you through how to manage your Compliance Officer section - including viewing current officers, adding staff, inviting new users, and reviewing compliance responsibilities. To get started, head to the left navigation (open directly), open **Compliance** and select **Compliance Officer.** This is where you manage your organisation's designated compliance officers and staff members.
  2. This page shows your current compliance officers at the top and any staff members below.
  3. To invite a new user to the platform, select the add staff.
  4. Fill in their first name, last name, email address, and assign them a platform role. You can also add their employee ID, job title, internal compliance roles, and a custom message before sending the invitation.
  5. Back in the Compliance Officer section, select the **History** tab to see a full record of everyone who has previously held this role in your organisation, along with their start dates and tenure.
  6. Finally, select the **Responsibilities** tab to see a complete outline of what your AML Compliance Officer is responsible for under Australian law - covering day-to-day oversight, AUSTRAC reporting, staff training, and maintaining your AML/CTF program.
