I'm trying to sign your agreement but the Review Agreement function doesn't work - what's wrong?

Browser pop-ups must be enabled for the Qwilr agreement signing; temporarily allow pop-ups for the easyAML site and re-attempt Review Agreement.

Browser pop-ups must be enabled for the digital signing product we use (Qwilr) to electonical review and sign agreements. The Review Agreement function opens the signing experience in a pop-up window; if pop-ups are blocked, the action appears to do nothing.

Resolution: temporarily enable pop-ups for the easyAML site to sign/initial. In Chrome/Firefox/Edge:

  1. Click the pop-up-blocked indicator in the address bar (appears when a pop-up is blocked).
  2. Select Always allow pop-ups from easyaml.com.
  3. Refresh the page and re-attempt Review Agreement.

In Safari:

  1. Safari menu → SettingsWebsitesPop-up Windows.
  2. Find easyAML in the list and set to Allow.
  3. Refresh and re-attempt.

After signing is complete, the pop-up permission can be revoked if preferred - it's not needed for day-to-day platform use, just for the signing flow specifically. Most users find it easier to leave the permission in place permanently.
