New features
- Tasks can now be assigned to multiple team members at once, and task status updates appear in real time without needing to refresh.
- Reporting Groups lets you link related accounts together for consolidated visibility and reporting. Available in Platform Settings.
- Refund history is now visible on your Billing & Subscription page alongside invoices, with clearer breakdowns of subscription fees versus usage charges.
- Accounts that need more than one secondary Compliance Officer (2IC) can now nominate multiple.
- Personnel Due Diligence (PDD) now includes a full sign-off workflow for designated officers. Available to eligible customers on request.
- Invited users who haven't yet activated their account are now listed in Account → Users, with an option to resend the invite. (Available to eligible customers on request.)
Fixes & improvements
- Fixed an infinite login loop affecting users on the iOS app.
- Fixed an issue where logged-in users were occasionally redirected to the login page instead of their dashboard.
- Fixed the training page not rendering correctly on mobile.
- UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owner) verification status now accurately reflects true verification state.
- The "Verify" button on the Legal Entity page for UBOs has been restored.
- Cancelled accounts now correctly cancel the underlying billing subscription.
- Deep links now work correctly when refreshing the page.
- Converting a UAR to an SMR (or vice versa) now goes through a reversible draft state, so it's no longer a one-way action.
- Action buttons on signed-off transactions are now disabled to prevent accidental edits.
- Transaction IDs are now shown on UAR/SMR review tasks for easier reference.
- Child accounts now inherit ABN and Business Structure from their parent, streamlining onboarding.
