Matter Configuration

  1. Go to a matter of the relevant type
  2. Click Configure Panels at the bottom of the page.
  3. Select the easyAML checkbox under Custom Data.

Transaction Integration

  1. Click Open in easyAML within the matter panel.
  2. easyAML will open in a new tab. Log in if required. Then, select the relevant Transaction type from the dropdown.
  3. Review the set of individuals and legal entities that will be imported, and correct any problems before clicking Import transaction to proceed. You can avoid importing parties to the transaction by unticking them. Select all and Select none buttons apply this to all parties.

Entity Review

  1. After clicking import you will be redirected to the imported Transaction. The Open in Actionstep deep links back to the connected matter in Actionstep.
  2. Click on the imported legal entities or individuals to navigate to them in easyAML.
  3. The Open in Actionstep button on legal entity or individual deep links back to the relevant contact in Actionstep.
