Integration and Role Mapping

  1. Map participant roles to transaction roles. This controls which matter participants are imported. To make a participant type not get imported, choose exclude from AML as the Transaction Role and that kind of participant won't be imported. It also sets the default easyAML Transaction Role is for each Participant Role.
  2. Click Exclude from AML for any Participant Roles that never need AML

Tip: If you don't know if a given Participant Role might need AML done, it's better to set a role mapping. If you know that for example Lawyer and Judge will never need to be included in AML, then set the mapping for those to exclude from AML.

  1. Click Exclude from AML
  2. Click Continue after the mappings are configured. All users in your easyAML account will use these settings.
  3. There are a number of steps that need to be done to show the easyAML custom data collection, with it's Open in easyAML button.

  3. Click Yes to save changes each time

  5. Click Read Actionstep's step-by-step guide for AML status fields, this is about enabling access to Actionstep's builtin AML configuration settings.
