Will the platform send automated training reminders to staff?
Compliance Officers have dashboard visibility of training status and can manually prompt staff who are falling behind.
Automated reminders are on the enhancement list. The current state is that Compliance Officers have visibility of training completion status for all users on their dashboard, and can manually prompt staff who are falling behind.
Coming once automated reminders are released:
- Initial allocation reminder when a user is invited but hasn't yet started their training.
- Stalled-progress reminder for users who started but haven't completed within a target window.
- Approaching deadline reminder before the 1 July 2026 launch date (and before annual refresher dates thereafter).
- CO digest summarising training status across the team weekly.
Until automation lands, the CO can use the dashboard to identify users behind on training and email them directly - a manual but effective process for smaller teams.
