Can the system bill the end client directly rather than the firm?
Yes, end-customer-paid VOIs are supported: the customer enters their credit card and the charge is taken on completion.
The end customer enters payment details (credit card or Apple/Google Pay) when they start the VOI; the charge is taken at completion with a hold placed at start.
