Step-by-step guide

  1. Go to Account Settings, then click Transactions in the sidebar.
  2. By default the Allow transaction outsourcing box is unchecked so your account does not allow it. To allow AML on Demand Outsourcing check the box.
  3. There are primacy Outsource modes, set Default mode to Always if you want all transaction to automatically be sent easyAML AML on Demand team. If you want your business to decide on a transaction by transaction basis, select Prompt.
  4. To choose which roles can outsource - you use the Allow all eligible submitter roles. By default, this is selected which means all your team will be automatically or be able to choose to Outsource depending on the Default mode selected
  5. If you uncheck Allow all eligible submitter roles, you can choose which roles will be able to outsource, If you've checked Always but then not select a role - that will never be able to outsource.
  6. When you finish selecting you options, select Save settings the changes will take place immediately.
